Return and Refunds Policy  

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service for whatever reason, kindly write to us at infopristineescapes@gmail.com   along with your Booking Reference providing supporting reasons  of your dissatisfaction .This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and revert with a remedial plan and resolve the issue in mutually acceptable mannet.

Cancellations

Cancellation done 30 day prior to travel date . 100% refund net of taxes and bank charges will be paid .In case cancellation is done less than 30 days before date of travel but more than 7 days 50% will be refunded . In case cancellation is done less than 7 days prior to date of travel no amount will be refunded.
