The present Maharaja of Jodhpur-Marwar, His Highness Gaj Singh II gifted the Pristine Bijolai Palace Hotel in Jodhpur, in 2004 to Jal Bhagirathi Foundation (JBF). The property was completely restored and opened to guests as Bijolai Palace Hotel. Income from this hotel in Rajasthan is utilized by JBF to provide drinking water to the communities of Thar desert.
