Akshay Niwas is an all suite property, with 10 large luxurious and well-ventilated suites spread across 3 floors. Each suite is individually designed and is perhaps the largest room size available in the area. The suites are divided into 2 categories.
This large well-ventilated suite has marble flooring and delicate murals hand-painted ceiling by local artists. The design is classy yet simplistic and not too busy. The approx. area is 280 to 300 sq ft per suite with large Jharokhas or raised sit-outs big enough to lounge and read. Large tiled baths with individual showers and personally controlled water heating come with complimentary toiletries and modern fixtures.
